The PHIL-TITE™ multiport manway design allows sump shield removal for regular maintenance or inspection without having to unthread and remove the spill containers. This is a key feature for markets that require costly permitting, site closure, and testing if the vapor space is broken by removing spill containers.

The secondary containment monitoring (SCM) system detects leaks in double-wall piping, tanks, and containment sumps. The system utilizes the siphon/vacuum port of a submersible turbine pump to draw a vacuum on these interstitial spaces. The vacuum levels are then continuously monitored to detect any potential leaks in these double-wall containments.
