FLEX-ING™ brand diesel exhaust fluid swivel break aways provide in-line protection for hanging hardware in the event of a drive off. These break aways feature a stainless steel body that makes them extremely durable and completely compatible with DEF/AdBlue®. The break away design ensures proper drive-off protection and allows for easy installation directly between the nozzle and hose. The integrated swivel action provides easy nozzle rotation during vehicle filling while also helping to reduce hose wear and kinking.
By connecting to the site’s emergency stop system, Ethernet Primary Dispenser Disconnects provide low voltage disconnection for dispensers that use Ethernet network cabling for primary dispenser communication. Models are available that will disconnect 1 or 2 Ethernet cables for 8 dispensers or disconnect one Ethernet cable for 16 dispensers.
Loading and off-loading fuel from a transport truck is easier than ever with the bottom loading adapters from Franklin Electric Fueling Systems. While loading, the free floating poppet opens under pressure allowing the handle to remain in the closed position. This minimizes spillage caused by leaving the handle in the open position when disconnected from the bottom loader. The adapter handle is offered in aluminum or nylon and provides two open positions of flow allowing the delivery driver to manage the flow rate while off-loading fuel from the truck. The lightweight, heavy-duty adapter is engineered and tested to meet API RP 1004 specifications. The outer end is made of hard coated aluminum and rotates seven times to maximize the products life and prevent wear that can be caused by terminal off-loading couplings. The inner wall of the adapter is fully tapered, minimizing product retention inside of the valve when off loading is complete. Each model is compatible with all API dry disconnect couplers and are constructed with a standard TTMA 4" tank truck flange and mounting lugs for air interlock valves. Sight glass options are mounted on the side of the valve to maximize visibility during fuel transfer and are available in 1" and 3.5" sizes. Fuel loading and off loading management has never been easier, safer or more efficient.
Aboveground emergency vents are designed to work in conjunction with pressure vacuum vents to prevent an aboveground storage tank from becoming over pressurized in the event of a fire or blockage. When the aboveground tank reaches a determined pressure, the cast iron lid will raise up to allow the pressure to release. When the pressure releases, the cast iron cover will lower and reseat. The sturdy cast iron body and lid, along with the fluorocarbon O-ring, provide a tight seal when closed. All EBW aboveground tank vents are designed to open at 8.0 ounces of pressure.
Communication/Intercom Secondary Disconnects are designed to expand the number and type of circuits that can be disconnected. They are used for intercom wiring and can also be used to disconnect additional communication conductors connected to a dispenser.
APT® tank manway adapters permit tank sumps to be mounted directly to a tank’s 22" or 24" manway.
Low profile, single wall fiberglass dispenser sumps provide easy access to under-dispenser equipment and piping connections. The tapered sump top facilitates optimal installation with non-island dispenser applications while also accommodating island forms. Designed with the electrician in mind, the flat ends of the sump allow electrical conduit to be installed with minimized bending while an integrated conduit mounting channel expedites conduit installation.
The Multiplexing Sensor Hub™ (MSH) allows station owners to add additional sensors to existing sites without having to break concrete to run new conduit and wires.
