1. Pre-Installation
Franklin Fueling Systems will:
- Complete a site survey.
- Assign a personalized support team.
- Conduct free FFS PRO™ University training for installation personnel.
- Establish a remote monitoring connection.
2. Installation
Franklin Fueling Systems will:
- Supervise installation and startup.
- Complete the installation checklist.
- Setup staff with remote connection.
- Conduct operator training for all on-site store personnel.
Post-Installation
Franklin Fueling Systems will:
- Assist with system monitoring.
- Provide bi-weekly performance updates.
- Ensure all systems are operating.
- Deliver on-call support.
4. Trial Completion
Franklin Fueling Systems will:
- Conduct an exit interview.
- Transition to normal operation with you.
- And lastly, the marketer pays a pre-determined equipment cost - OR - Franklin pays for another system to be installed.
