Program Details

Franklin Electric is offering an incentive program for distributor sales personnel who help their customers realize the advantages of the EVO™ Series. Distributor sales personnel are eligible to receive a reward check for each unit they sell. Incentive awards, which are issued as a check to the distributor salesperson, are as follows:

Incentive Awards

EVO™ 200 and EVO™ 400 $250 each
EVO™ 600 & EVO™ 6000 $500 each

Program Guidelines

  • Order must include an EVO™ 200, EVO™ 400, EVO™ 600, or EVO™ 6000.
  • May not be applied to orders for which special pricing has been applied (standard distributor net pricing applies).
  • May be combined with either the Complete Site Package Program OR the Fuel Management Systems Trade-In program.
  • No shipping restrictions can be applied to the order.
  • Applicable on orders placed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 with no shipping restrictions.
  • All Check Request forms to claim the 2025 incentive must be received within 60 days of shipping date.
  • The EVO™ Series incentive form can be submitted at time of order.
  • Fill out the online Check Request form below and email a W-9 (completed in full) with each purchase order to customer service@franklinfueling.com.
  • Responsible distributor sales personnel will be paid directly for each unit sold. Not available as a distributor account credit. Incentive award checks will be mailed approximately three weeks after the Check Request form is received, provided the product has shipped.
  • Program available for US, Canada, and Puerto Rico sales only.
  • Please note that it may take up to 45 days for the check to be processed and mailed.
  • Franklin Electric reserves the right to change or modify this program at any time.

REMEMBER: If you prefer to email  this form, submit it with the corresponding purchase order and a completed W-9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) within 60 days of shipping date to receive the reward check.
